Verifica las especificaciones de Windows LTSC ya que este recibe 1 o 2 actualizaciones cada 2 años, por lo que respecto a Windows 10 Home o Pro se encuentra 4 o 5 versiones atras.
LTSC no está dedicado para juegos

Hola, luego de instalar correctamente la tienda, tienes que actualizar las aplicaciones.
Si alguna presenta fallos, desinstálala y vuelve a descargarla desde el store
